What’s your return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return on wrongly sent item(s).
To be eligible for a return, we only accept item(s) that is:
- wrongly sent, AND
- in unused condition.
We also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I place a return on wrongly sent items?
To return an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at surenity.my on IG with your order number and specify which product(s) that is wrongly sent. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.
Damages & Defects
We ensure that your products are safely & carefully wrapped thus we are not responsible for any damages & defects caused by mishandlings by the courier.
Kindly inspect your items within 24 hours after receiving. Any requests beyond this period will be deemed invalid.
We also do not accept returns on sale items.
Designer Perfumes Disclaimer
Please take note that all of our perfumes are 100% authentic.
But it is cheaper due to its condition (as-is item). Performance wise, it is as good as those being sold in boutiques.
Listed below are the examples of as-is that you may find:
- The texts/ bottle / packaging has some scratches, the cap is loose, or maybe the text is unaligned (hardly noticeable)
- Perfume manufactured more than 8 months
- Etc, depends on the incoming stock
We only purchase our perfumes from suppliers sourced from clearance sales of big designer stores in the USA.
You may check all the batch code, barcode via https://checkcosmetic.net/ & barcode scanner to check the authenticity.
If you still wish to return the perfume(s) ordered, you may return it to the sender’s address & we will provide you the refund, subject to conditions below.
You can only be eligible for a refund if you meet these conditions:
- Perfumes are not being used more than 1-2 sprays. If it is found that you use more than this, the value of your refund shall be calculated on percentage basis.
- All return postage fees shall be beared by the customer.
- Returns must be made within 3 days after you have received your item(s).
Customers must ensure that all item(s) being returned are wrapped safely & carefully, exactly how you received the items in the first place, within the stipulated period. If there are any damages we face upon receiving, you may not be eligible for any refunds.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center & for inspection. Once received, we will initiate to resend the correct item(s) / process any refunds back to you.
